OUR STORY
Hope for a School Dropout Initiative Uganda (HSDI-U) is a Community-Based Organisation established in 2022 and rooted in Bukomansimbi District, Uganda.
The organisation was established to respond to socio-economic vulnerability among school dropouts, young people and marginalised members of the community.
HSDI-U focuses on building resilient pathways toward self-reliance by connecting vulnerable community members with practical skills, mentorship, health information, livelihood opportunities and community support systems.
Accessible and sustainable skills development and empowerment programmes for school dropouts.
To empower every school dropout with employable skills that improve livelihoods and add value to the community.
